Another locally sourced pure-bred Angus bull, “Whiskey” was bred at the Whiskey Hill Cattle Co. stud in Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

Again, we feel fortunate to have successfully sourced “Whiskey” for the 2022 - 2023 as he was one of the last stud bulls produced at Whiskey Hill Cattle Co. prior to their permanent closure.

We retained some of his heifer calves in our herd as they demonstrated qualities that would ensure good cows for the future.
