Shipping policy

At Clavering Hill, our beef is vacuum-sealed, portioned and clearly labelled by cut.  It is then packed into an insulated box to maintain peak freshness, whether you're collecting it from the farm or receiving it by courier.

We offer two options for receiving your beef box:

1. Farm Pick-Up (Robertson, NSW)
   You're welcome to collect your order directly from the farm on our nominated pick-up days.  We'll provide details via email after your order is confirmed, including available dates and times. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.
   
   
2. Cold Chain Delivery - Sydney Metro Area 
   We deliver to Sydney metropolitan area addresses using a certified cold chain courier to ensure your beef arrives in perfect condition.  Deliveries are made on set dates following each harvest.  You will be notified of your delivery window once your order is packed.   Please note, someone must be available to accept the order as the product is perishable.  If no one is available, we cannot guarantee product integrity, and refunds will not be issued for missed deliveries.
