Refund policy
At Clavering Hill, we take great care to ensure your beef arrives in excellent condition and matches your order. If there is ever an issue, we are here to help.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The order you received does not match what you ordered (eg incorrect items)
- The product has arrived spoiled or damaged.
If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at claveringhillfarm@gmail.com. You will need to provide a brief description of the issue and include clear photos of the goods and packaging.
We reserve the right to offer a refund, replacement or credit against future orders. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the issue is unclear, unsubstantiated or falls outside the conditions outlined above.
